Our luxury 4 bedroom Town House is part of the Regal Palms Resort at Highland Reserve Golf Club and private gated community. It is fully air conditioned, fully furnished and has its own private driveway and balcony. The bedrooms include a King-Size Master Suite, Queen Size Suite and two Suites with twin beds, plus 3 full baths and showers. There is the comfort of a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, 42' LCD TV and DVD player in the living room, high speed WIFI and TVs in the main bedrooms. This Resort has much to offer, with many amenities on site including 24x7 reception, tropical swimming pool with late night swimming and a lazy river, fun slide, a fitness centre, spas, beauty complex, Club House with bar and restaurant, childrens games room and wireless internet access. Berry Town Centre shopping center is within walking distance by with a Publix supermarket, Appelbees, Pizza Parlour, Chinese Takeaway, banks and much more.

I loved Regal Palms when I first visited as it reminded me of past holidays in Europe where families would meet and children play together around the pool.
Fantastic and friendly staff and amenities for those days you don't want to go to the parks.
This place was better than I expected. I was a little bit hesitant booking directly and taking a bit of a risk with the unit, but it was well worth it. It was very clean, and in great shape (something I was beginning to doubt a bit based on other Regal Palms reviews of other units - don't worry, this one is in great shape!) Joe was excellent to deal with and always responded to my many questions quickly. He was very helpful and kind. The downstairs doesn't have any carpet at all, which the picture seems to show - it's so much better to have the tile as it's nice and clean. The BBQ in the back was a pleasant surprise and was well used (we actually couldn't find any frying pans at all, one small negative, so kitchen cooking was difficult making hte BBQ all the more useful). We enjoyed the backyard for the kids to run. The resort itself is also great. Very friendly staff and a fantastic pool area. The area the resort is in was convenient and quiet enough, but there was a lot of traffic once you tried to get to anything into Orlando. The Publix is in walking distance and was convenient. WIFI was good. Hmm.... not sure what else to say that would be useful to others considering the unit, but we did love our stay and would definitely book this unit with Joe again if we were back in the area. Excellent for travelling with kids!
We stayed here for about a week in August 2011. Property was as advertised and very well maintained. Amenities were good - plenty of towels, linens, etc. Having Publix next door was handy. The pool was an easy walk and very fun, and the kids especially liked the lazy river and Thursday movie night. Minor issues with property (slow drain, cable glitches) were dealt with quickly and with just 1 call to the property manager. Only downsides were some road traffic at night (the property backs up to a public road) and the drive to Universal took about 30 minutes (but we knew before renting that Disney was closer).
Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful vacation stay at the condo. The resort amenities were a hit with both kids and adults. The drive to the nearby attractions a breeze and stores nearby provided all the supplies we needed.
The condo itself is in good condition. Having a full kitchen is great especially when you have little ones with selective eating habits.
Having all the room to spread out, a backyard to run around and several bathrooms (especially useful after spending time in the pool), makes this an excellent deal.
We are already perusing the calendar to plan our next visit!

We've just returned from spending two weeks at this wonderful property on the Regal Palms resort. The house is spacious and well equipped, with comfy beds and very much needed air conditioning.
Joe was really helpful too - a pleasure to rent from.
Will definitely be booking again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and well maintained. Kids had lots of fun at the pool area specialy the lazy river and water slide. It has a nice fitness center which I really liked. Overall it is a nice place to spend your vacation and will definately recommend it to our friends.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The townhome is very nice and for the price would be hard to beat. The pool area is very enjoyable..especially the water slide. I would definately stay again.
One thing that needs clarification is the list of amenities. There is not a grill at the townhome. You have to rent it when you get there. I was also under the impression there was a fishing lake/pond on site. There is not. I was disappointed with these two items but I can assure you that you do not need to let this keep you from renting. Just be specific in asking questions about certain amenities that might be important to you.
The property is based in the Davenport area of Orlando, just of Highway 27, it is 10 miles from Disney going back along Highway 192. The property is in its own gated community just opposite Highlands Reserve Golf Club. There is a newly opened shopping complex just by Regal Palms called Berry Town Centre which includes a Publix Supermarket, various other food outlets e.g. Appelbees and bank. There is a WalMart Super Centre 3 miles north of the resort.

A $250 security inprint from your credit card is required at check in for any potential damages
