This Lakeshore Drive pet friendly house has an open European flair. The attention to detail in each room welcomes you! The open staircase invites you to the main level accented with a fireplace in the living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, and wood floors through out. The lower level has another fireplace, family room, bedroom, and full bath/laundry room. Large mature trees surround the private back yard so you can enjoy a camp fire at night. The location is 3/4 mile from a public beach (no parking fee), movie theatre (for a rainy day), major grocery store, and local restaurants. There is plenty of room to park your boat, and the bike path is at the end of the driveway. Make yourself at home, spread out and be comfortable, and spend less than a hotel!

Additional information about rental rates

  • State and Local taxes will be charged.
  • Check-In: 3 p.m.
    Check-Out: 10 a.m.
    Lodging Tax: State and City Tax must be added.
    Cancellation Policy: All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, every effort will be made to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July weekend or Coast Guard week.

    Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit within 10 days of initial reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $200 damage deposit. If a deposit is not received 10 days after reservation we will consider your reservation cancelled.
  • Other Fees: There is $100 cleaning fee. Adittional $100 deposit with pet. Additional $25 cleaning fee with pet. July 4-July 11 (4th of July)-$1300.00 July 25-August 1 (Coast Guard Festival)-$1300.00
    Minimum Stay: 1 week

Perfect home for large family

Our group consisting of 9 adults (young and "older"), a toddler and two babies had a great experience in this house. There were rooms for each family to have some privacy and two large open areas for a gathering of the clan. Clean and comfortable, this home was close to Grand Haven, Holland, the lovely beaches of Lake Michigan, state parks, and a great grocery store (Meijers). Right on a lovely biking path, this home's large garage was convenient for parking our bikes. The large, well equipped kitchen made meal time easy, and the nice washer and dryer were a bonus. I think our favorite spot was the lovely back yard with its fire pit where we gathered every night after dinner, the perfect venue for making s'mores after a long afternoon at the beach. The boys would say that the basketball goal was the icing on the cake.

We highly recommend this true home away from home.

What an Amazing Stay!!!

This house was perfect for our week stay. We had a total of 10 people staying, and we all slept comfortably. The house was well equipped with all the things we needed. ( we brought some stuff such as plastic containers, and tin foil and such which the house had inside already.) The house is close to the beach, and about 5 minutes away from the State Park, which we highly recommended. Overall the stay was amazing, The house was very clean and organized, the backyard was astonishing, and there is plenty of space for 12 people to stay! I would definitely stay here again! THANKS!

Great place for families!

With an extra living space and room for thirteen, this house is great for a multi-family vacation. Huge yard is great for catching little frogs and watching the big ones come out to play! Owners were excellent to deal with, prompt and curtious. The house was exactly as described,and very clean. 5 min to the beach, 5 min to town. Great rental.
