This Lakeshore Drive pet friendly house has an open European flair. The attention to detail in each room welcomes you! The open staircase invites you to the main level accented with a fireplace in the living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, and wood floors through out. The lower level has another fireplace, family room, bedroom, and full bath/laundry room. Large mature trees surround the private back yard so you can enjoy a camp fire at night. The location is 3/4 mile from a public beach (no parking fee), movie theatre (for a rainy day), major grocery store, and local restaurants. There is plenty of room to park your boat, and the bike path is at the end of the driveway. Make yourself at home, spread out and be comfortable, and spend less than a hotel!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • State and Local taxes will be charged.
  • Check-In: 3 p.m.
    Check-Out: 10 a.m.
    Lodging Tax: State and City Tax must be added.
    Cancellation Policy: All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, every effort will be made to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July weekend or Coast Guard week.

    Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit immediate of initial reservation and e-check invoice. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $200 damage deposit. If a deposit is not received 3 days after reservation we will consider your reservation cancelled.
  • Other Fees: There is $125 cleaning fee. Additional $100 deposit with pet. Additional $25 cleaning fee with pet. Week of July 4-$1500.00 and Coast Guard Festival-$1500.00
    Minimum Stay: 1 week

home had everything our large family needed....from two baths, two seperate tv viewing areas to the fully eqipped kitchen....loved the firepit...weiner roasting sticks....beautiful yard..lots of wildlife and excellent location from beach...will definitely rent again

The state park beach is only a 3 minute drive with downtown being only 5 minutes away. Musical fountain and trolley ride were nice. The house worked great for our needs.

Great space for large families

Our extended family had a great stay. The space was great and the yard was perfect for entertaining a group. The owner has set up many amentities that entertain all age groups. It was nice to be able to bring our dog. The location was nice, close to the county parks as well as the beaches. We would return again!

2nd Time Stay!!

This place is even more beautiful and perfect than the first time we stayed 2 years ago! The house is very roomy, comfortable, and peaceful. The house is well equipped with all your nears and has plenty of beds and rooms to sleep in. I would highly suggest this place to anyone. The house is located super close to several gas stations, Meijer, restaurants, and the express way, along with the State Park Beach which is only a few minutes away, and the downtown area. I look forward to staying here again!

Perfect home for large family

Our group consisting of 9 adults (young and "older"), a toddler and two babies had a great experience in this house. There were rooms for each family to have some privacy and two large open areas for a gathering of the clan. Clean and comfortable, this home was close to Grand Haven, Holland, the lovely beaches of Lake Michigan, state parks, and a great grocery store (Meijers). Right on a lovely biking path, this home's large garage was convenient for parking our bikes. The large, well equipped kitchen made meal time easy, and the nice washer and dryer were a bonus. I think our favorite spot was the lovely back yard with its fire pit where we gathered every night after dinner, the perfect venue for making s'mores after a long afternoon at the beach. The boys would say that the basketball goal was the icing on the cake.

We highly recommend this true home away from home.
