This is a 2be-2ba delightfully decorated GROUND FLOOR condo in West Mesa, AZ, located in a well run QUIET and GATED community in a central Mesa location off I-60 and Country Club. It is close to 101 and 202, through which you can reach many attractions in the Valley of the Sun.
It is clean with a lot of personal and convenience items from cooking spices and iron board to printer and videos to watch. You will easily feel at home.
There is a dining table for 4, a King and a Queen bed, two High Definition TVs, computer with free High Speed Internet, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer unit. The kitchen is fully equipped! The bedrooms have large mirror closet doors and ceiling fans; the master bedroom has a ceiling mirror. Linen and towels are also provided.
The heated pool and Jacuzzi are just 100 ft away. You will also find tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, and gazebos with charcoal grills, to relax and BBQ. There is an assigned covered parking outside the bedroom.

GREAT LOCATION: We are 0.1 miles from I-60. We are 16.8 miles from Sky Harbor airport; 0.4 miles from GOLF-LAND & SUN-SPLASH Waterpark, and near many of the area's top golf courses; only a couple of miles from the Chicago Cubs & Angels training camp. Arizona State University is only 15 minutes away where Sun Devils Stadium is hosting ASU Football.
PLEASE NOTE: Even though this is a GROUND FLOOR vacation / corporate condo rental, it is NOT handicapped accessible. There are 8 steps down to the entrance of the condo, and would be hard for someone with a wheelchair or a big walker. The master bedroom has a tall bed but there are two bed step-stools that some people use. The second HDTV is in the front bedroom with the queen bed and the computer/printer.

We live in the same community and it takes less than a minute to get from my condo to the rental. That makes it easier to attend to our tenants' needs immediately.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. It was the prefect location for our needs. The condo was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Vicki was very accommodating and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was located in a nice gated community that had a tennis courts and a pool. We look forward to staying int he condo again on future visits to the Mesa area.
Regrettably, our 2014 Feb. & Mar. stay has come to an end. Already missing the sun, pool and jacuzzi. The condo located in a secure gated community is centrally located in Mesa. The unit was very clean & well equipped with numerous appliances, wifi and cable (only personal toiletries and clothing required). Shopping, restaurants, freeway access & many other amenities just minuets away. Staff and tenants very friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained & grounds are continuously cleaned and upgraded. Thanks for the great stay. We are looking forward to formalizing our 2015 rental agreement.
We had a lovely, month-long stay at this condo. Everything you need is included; plenty of linens, kitchenware and comfort. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and the owners are onsite for immediate assistance. The grounds are immaculately kept by onsite management and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
We were very happy with the condo. It met our needs well for our one-week stay. Also, the location was very good being able to get right on Highway 60.
Excellent value for the area... well furnished and easy access to shopping and downtown Phoenix.
Owner has been more than helpful in making our stay as pleasant as possible.
Will rent again if I have to work in the area again next year.
We spent two full weeks in this condo and enjoyed immensely. Vicky greeted us upon our arrival and provided information for all our needs. Everything was clean and inviting. No need to bring anything but your clothes. Linens, towels, paper products, some toiletries and cleaning supplies were all provided. There was nothing we were in need of. The beds are extremely comfortable and the area is quiet. The pools and grounds were well cared for and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay. Located right off the highway made our house hunting simple. Vicky was always just a phone call away. Baskets were filled with information to make our stay even better - found lots to visit with timely brochures.
