Centrally located, Well kept and very clean second level 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious southwest style Condo in private gated community with mountain views. Large Master Bedroom with king-size bed, Dresser drawers, alarm clock, TV with DVD. Large master bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom with 2 long twin beds that can be made into King. Fully working kitchen with everything you will need. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep 2. Local telephone service, cable TV with high speed cable Internet. VCR, DVD player, radio with CD player. Walk out through sliding glass door to private patio area to enjoy the fresh air. 3 heated pools with hot tubs, showers, rest rooms, gas grills and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the warm sun. Tennis and basketball courts also available. Close to shopping, movie rentals, hiking and biking trails, and endless golf. Hilton Pointe Resort located just up the street

We came to the condo for a December wedding. The condo was very clean with Wi Fi service. Very close to things to do. Owners were very nice and accomodating. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Phoenix Getaway

My wife and I recently stayed at this condo. We really enjoyed it. In the past when we would visit friends in Phoenix we would usually stay 1 or 2 weeks and usually with one of them. However, we are both retired now and wanted to experience the conditions for a month. The condo filled our requirements. We have friends all over the valley and the location was central to all. No one was more than 25 minutes away. Also this way we could relax each evening at our ‘own’ place and not feel like we were imposing on any individuals.

We experienced different ranges in temperatures. When we got there it was as high as 96 and by the time we left it was 66. So we were able to enjoy the pool and sun the first week or so while we were there. We also hiked, North Mountain. We hiked to it which is only about ½ mile from the condo and climbed to the top. Some really nice views from up there. We also hiked Piestewa Peak (formerly Squaw Peak).

Overall we had a really nice stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

This condo is very nice! the furniture is very comfy. The beds are wonderful(we slept in BOTH). TONS of hot water.! The view is refreshing. It is clear and shady in the evenings to enjoy the mountain views.It is close enough to town that you get to learn a little about the layout on your way there and back. The owners are VERY pleasant and Linda, the caretaker, is just 10 min. away if something goes wrong. The pools are wonderful and it was fun to BBQ there in the evenings.We had a great time and highly recommend this "home away from home" .

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! Our traveling group was very pleased with the accommodations. Our three year old daughter loved being able to play on the balcony. We were pleased with the amenities and the kitchen for cooking. A great rental and we definitely recommend it for a vacation.

We loved the unit...it was 5 mins. from family and grandchildren. It was a great floor plan, the seperate bedrooms and baths were terrific. If I would change anything it would be a table on the patio to enjoy the beautiful morning and lunch dining in the sun. I would recommend this for families, couples and a great vacation getaway.
