Centrally located, Well kept and very clean second level 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious southwest style Condo in private gated community with mountain views. Large Master Bedroom with king-size bed, Dresser drawers, alarm clock, TV with DVD. Large master bathroom with walk in closet. Second bedroom with 2 long twin beds that can be made into King. Fully working kitchen with everything you will need. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep 2. Local telephone service, cable TV with high speed cable Internet. VCR, DVD player, radio with CD player. Walk out through sliding glass door to private patio area to enjoy the fresh air. 3 heated pools with hot tubs, showers, rest rooms, gas grills and lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the warm sun. Tennis and basketball courts also available. Close to shopping, movie rentals, hiking and biking trails, and endless golf. Hilton Pointe Resort located just up the street

Awesome vacation rental!

I stayed in this condo in the middle of July, and I thought it was an awesome place to stay while in Phoenix. I traveled with two other people, and we had way more than enough room. We definitely could've traveled with a few more friends, and still we would've been comfortable. The condo is a little far from Downtown Phoenix and the Scottsdale area (at least when you take taxi fare into consideration, $35-40 each way to Scottsdale), but I don't think that would keep me from reserving this condo again in the future. I totally recommend this place!
Owner's Response: Thanks for you nice review! We are 8 miles from Kierland in Scottsdale and around the same to downtown Phoenix. Centrally located with Golf, shopping, hiking, biking, and numerous things to do close by.

This condo is very nice! the furniture is very comfy. The beds are wonderful(we slept in BOTH). TONS of hot water.! The view is refreshing. It is clear and shady in the evenings to enjoy the mountain views.It is close enough to town that you get to learn a little about the layout on your way there and back. The owners are VERY pleasant and Linda, the caretaker, is just 10 min. away if something goes wrong. The pools are wonderful and it was fun to BBQ there in the evenings.We had a great time and highly recommend this "home away from home" .

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! Our traveling group was very pleased with the accommodations. Our three year old daughter loved being able to play on the balcony. We were pleased with the amenities and the kitchen for cooking. A great rental and we definitely recommend it for a vacation.

We loved the unit...it was 5 mins. from family and grandchildren. It was a great floor plan, the seperate bedrooms and baths were terrific. If I would change anything it would be a table on the patio to enjoy the beautiful morning and lunch dining in the sun. I would recommend this for families, couples and a great vacation getaway.

We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. The complex is well kept with lovely landscaping and several fountains. Nice place to stroll around. There are three pools in the complex, so you can usually find one that’s not crowded. In fact, we had one of the pools to ourself on a Sunday afternoon. The inside of the condo was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends.
