Wonderful choice!

We stayed in this townhome with our grown children & spouses, four grandchildren ages 4-18, and two teenaged friends.
The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for 12 to sleep. There are decks off two of the bedrooms, which were great for the adults to sit out on after the children went to bed. The upper deck is technically ocean view, but you really can only see a little corner of ocean - mostly boardwalk and street view. The only disappointment was that we were unable to grill due to condo association rules, but it really worked out fine cooking in the house.
The location was about as close to the beach & boardwalk as you can get. It is very near Morey's Pier amusement park. The beach begins on the other side of the boardwalk, but there is a very long walk through the sand until you get to the actual ocean and beachfront.
We purchased much of our food at home and brought it with us, but there is a grocery store (also a CVS & bagel shop) about 7 blocks away. The prices are a little higher than at home, but would be well worth the difference, rather than dragging coolers and bags of groceries along.
There is a washer and dryer, which is a great convenience. Getting into the garage is a little tight, because the driveways don't go out to the street - you enter the common driveway area on one end, and have to turn very sharply to get your car in. Not really a big deal, though, just a little tricky.
We took a dolphin tour on the ThunderCat speedboat catamaran, and that was excellent! Dolphins were playing right in the wake of the boat. I would highly recommend this company for a dolphin tour - very well done and entertaining.
This townhouse was a wonderful choice for a family gathering. The owners were very professional in their dealings, and responded quickly to my (multiple) emails prior to our arrival. If there should be any problems during your stay, the owner is quickly accessible by cell phone.
The week flew by, and we were sad to leave. I would highly recommend this property.
