Relax at this beachfront rental, located on Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, only 30 minutes from the Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla or 2 hours from the Luiz Munoz airport in San Juan. Enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening, world class snorkeling and scuba diving right in front of the house with turtles, exotic fish and the largest elkhorn coral reef in the Caribbean. Stunning views of Desecheo island, whale sightings occur throughout the winter months and world class surfing can be had at Tres Palmas Beach. Take a short walk to other surf spots such as Dogmans, Maria's and Domes. Fall asleep on the outdoor hammock or enjoy organic herbs from R garden while barbecuing with friends and family in the backyard. Head out to the many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you are looking for something to do other than surf, try scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, shopping, movies and many more activities within minutes of the house.

Golf: Punta Borinquen Golf Club, Aguadilla: Located in the former Ramey Air Force Base, this 18-hole course is one of the best maintained and breeziest on the island. The course is on the island's north-western tip. The fees are relatively inexpensive, which makes the course very accessible. There is no need for a tee time reservation, and clubs are available for rental. Only soft spikes are allowed here. About 30 minutes from the house.

This quaint beach house was a welcome change from a hotel room and was clean and very comfortable! It was equiped with all basic necessities of a beach house but nothing luxurious (which would be grossly out of place in this setting). The beds were great and the kitchen was functional for cooking meals. I was at first concerned that there was no air conditioning (I am always hot) but because of all the windows and ocean breezes I was always comfortable even though it was fairly hot outside (early october). Our 4 day stay was too short and I did not want to leave! We will definitely rent here again- thanks for everything!

My husband and I stayed at Ali and Leon's home from Feb.13-Feb16. Everything was as promised on the website, only the view from the front porch/lawn/bedrooms was even better. We loved both seeing and hearing the ocean; sleeping at night in the comfortable king bed I would awake momentarily to hear the surf and be lulled back to sleep. For those who snorkle, the elkhorn coral in these waters just off the beach near the front of the house is truly rare and magnificent! We love to cook and with a well stocked grocery store, the Econo, only a few minutes away, we prepared all our meals at the apartment. Ali even squeezed a pitcher full of the best fresh orange juice for us. Stay here and relax and enjoy! Lucinda

Simply one of the greatest weeks of our lives. My girlfriend and I were in need of a vacation and found the "R" house through friends of Ali and Leon's. They are simply the best couple you will EVER meet and make you feel so welcome in their rental property. Their dog, Snicker Doodle is worthy of the trip in itself. She is simply one of the best "beach buddies" anyone could ever have. She came snorkeling with us several times. We will be back, no doubt.

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of
visiting Rincon for the first time. It was paradise!!!
There were so many incredible things that made it
special - the weather, the beach, the crystal clear
water, THE REEF, the surf, the people, the
restaurants, etc.) - but above all what made our
vacation so special was staying at Ali & Leon's
house. They could not have been more
accommodating and warm. They are the sweetest
couple... with an even sweeter dog, SNICKERS!

Aside from having a great place to stay with all of
the amenities you could ask for (and being
LITERALLY steps away from a pristine beach and
coral reef!) they were so dialed in to the
community. They knew exactly where to go for
everything and seemed to know all of the people in
town too! There are plenty of great places to go on
vacation, but we will always hold a special place in
our hearts for Rincon... Mostly due to Ali & Leon's
hospitality!

We are already planning our next visit back and will
never stay anywhere but Ali & Leon's house. Feel
free to call us for a recommendation if you want to
hear the passion in our voices.

"R" House is the perfect beach house, where you can hear the surf from your bed or your hamac. Owners Ali and Leon couldn't be nicer. House dog Snickers, should learn how to speak words instead of communicating with those meaningful looks.
Seriously, the only thing wrong with this place is that it's always booked.
