Fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. Also has Washer & Dryer. Enjoy the quiet awning-covered brick patio in the private back yard & relax in the 3-season sunroom. Gas grill & picnic table. Walking distance to Brooks Road or Earle Road Beach, go-carts, trampolines, bumper boats, batting cages or restaurants. Wonderful Home for a Relaxing Family Vacation

My young family had a wonderful vacation at this home. The property is very well maintained and accommodated all of our needs. The interior is clean and sufficiently spacious for a family of four. The shady backyard - complete with a tree swing and flower garden - is perfect for a relaxing "post-beach" afternon and cook-outs. The 1/2 mile walk to "Brooks Street Beach" is easy and the beach was surprisingly quiet!

The property owner was very easy to work with and was very thoughtful in providing directions and materials to ensure that we had a relaxing vacation.

My family and I look forward to returning to this property next summer!
