The condo is right on the beach and the balcony overlooks the white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Watch dolphins play and view gorgeous sunsets from this lovely sixth floor balcony apartment. Beautiful, newly remodeled, one bedroom apartment with king-size bed and new queen-size sleeper sofa. Have all the comforts of home in a spectacular setting. The bathroom is newly remodeled and kitchen is fully equipped with new modern appliances. Gateway Villas is a gated condominium.

Located in the quiet north end of Estero Island within walking distance of 'Time Square' with shops, restaurants, fishing pier, etc. Golf and Marina are nearby.

Just want to say a very big thank you for the use of your beautiful condo. We wanted for nothing, everything we needed and more was here waiting for us. It was home from home, very clean, cozy and very inviting. We had a fantastic time, the view of the sea, the lovely walks, seeing all the sea life, lazing by the pool. The big bed was wonderful. Lovely to meet you both, such kind lovely people. Thank you again and we very much hope to return one day in the future. Sad to be leaving such a beautiful place.

Thank you for letting us share in your beautiful condo. We had a great time. Very relaxing. My favorite was sitting out on the porch looking at the ocean. Also long walks on the beach and great places to eat.
