Casa Kaylee is situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen in phase one of Playacar a gated community, within walking distance of the 18 hole golf course and bird Avery and a walk 15 minutes from 5th Avenue. This beach home is ideal for a group of friends or a family wanting to be steps from the beach and now has its own private pool. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, a huge living area and a laundry room with washer and dryer and a built in barbecue outside in the garden. Upstairs you have the very private third bedroom with a magnificent sun terrace (7m2) were you will sit out of an evening feeling the fresh Mexican breeze. If you are looking for tropical, beach, excellent location, good amenities, clean and spacious then Casa Kaylee is perfect for your vacation.

Casa Kaylee is only 50 steps from the beach, also only minutes away from the very challenging Playacar golf course. Spoiled for choices on activities from snorkeling, diving, kite-boarding or spend the day at Xcaret eco-park only 15 minutes south or even visit the Mayan city of Chichen Itza and climb the pyramid of 'El Castillo' and enjoy the amazing view from tthe top.   • The masterbedroom has has its own full bathroom, also in there is a shared full bathroom downstairs and the private bedroom upstairs also has its own full bathroom.

We also have a travel crib for babies if needed.

Notes: We do not have an oven but we have a four ring stove and a toastmaster oven. For convenience you have a washer and dryer both brand new in the laundry room for personal use. The second level is accessed by the side steps which leads to the terrace which is about 6x5 metres.. We provide bath towels but not beach towels so it would be advisable to pack one or two.

Casa Kaylee was a lovely place to stay.
We were 50 yards from the beach and a very short cab ride to Playa del Carmen. It's definitely walking distance to shops/restaurants and more. The area is safe, quiet. The only thing the house was missing was beach chairs and umbrella to bring across the street however there's an all inclusive boutique hotel just yards away where you can get day passes and use their facility. All in all, I would highly recommend this place!The house is located on the end of a street so its incredibly quiet, private, clean and relaxing.
