Main floor family room has a new queen size sofa sleeper and a single sofa sleeper in the main floor office. Port crib and high chair available upon request.

Garage, enclosed courtyard and patio: Included is a double car garage attached to the house. There is a courtyard with a patio table and chairs in the front as well as an additional patio with table and chairs in the back for your convenience.
Office with computer, fax and Internet phone: Additionally there is a main floor office complete with computer and high-speed internet access and a printer. There is a separate fax machine. We have an internet Vonage phone line for free unlimited long distance calling within the US.
Home Gym: Bonus room downstairs is a home gym with a variety of work-out equipment as well as a library of work-out videos to play in the small cable TV located in the gym.
Ski: About a 45-minute to two-hour drive to the most popular of the ski areas including Loveland, Winter Park, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail.
