Best location! In the center of it all yet this quite condo offers great outside space with a private garden. This totally restored cozy cottage with windows on all 4 sides has everything you need including a queen size bed in the sleeping loft, a pull out couch in the living room if you prefer, a fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, AC, parking for 1 car, private patio with seating and gas grill with view of the monument, TV/DVD, satellite TV. No Pets, No Smoking Please! A two minute walk will take you to Commercial Street for dining, shopping, meeting up with friends and a nice stroll to the art galleries.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect...a short walk to anywhere, but still very private and quiet. The rental was super clean, and has everything needed to make you feel at home; the kitchen had all the pots/pans needed to make dinner, and having wireless internet was awesome! The owners were very helpful and accommodating. I would definately stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect Location - Beautiful Garden/Patio

We have stayed in this condo several times and would definitely go back! The location is perfect – you feel secluded and removed but are really only 1 block from Commercial Street right in the heart of the action. The condo itself is modern, clean and comfortable yet still so very charming. Our favorite part is the beautiful, private garden/patio area. When you open the gate to enter the condo and see this garden area, you feel like you are home!

I've stayed in MANY guest houses and other rentals in P'town, and this was my favorite. Great location, in really good, clean condition, and the best thing: a washer/dryer! Never knew what a treat that would be. It was quiet, even though it was a half block off of Bradford. I hesitate to say more, because I don't want it to be booked up the next time I try to reserve it. The owners were very nice and helpful and seem to take great care of their property. Loved the private patio, too!
