The condo is in an adequate area between St.Petes Beach and Treasure Island Beach. The pool was clean and the condo was well kept. It sleeps 6 but is not sufficent for 2 adults and 4 teenage kids. With one bathroom it was alittle cramped.I am a bit of a freak about uncomfortable beds, the queen bed mattress was kind of old and uncomfortable, we stayed at a Holdiay Inn Express on on our way back and that bed was AWESOME!I did not have a very good nights sleep during the week. We are from a rural area so the bus(trolley) is all new to us. It would've been nice to have a bus schedule and easy directions on which ones to take to where you needed to go. St. petes beach is longer to walk to then 10 minutes, we did alot of driving back and forth. Another thing the owners should add is menus to some of the surrounding restaurants, with local reviews?. We enjoyed taking the shelling boat to shell island, it was peaceful and if you take the early boat you can spend the whole day, but there are no bathrooms. We ate at Silas Dents Steak house, there reviews were not all great but, I would definetly go back. It was expensive but I thougth the food was worth the wait. I was not completely impressed but I was satisfied stay.

The condo has two bedroom and one bathroom with a futon in the living room for the 5th and 6th guests. We can understand the need for an extra bathroom when you have 4 teens but our condo does not have one.
The beds in the condo were replaced just two years ago and the futon is new this year. We have a high standard of cleanliness and supply high grade linens and towels to our clients for their comfort.
We are located exactly 1/2 mile from the beach on Treasure Island, easily a ten minute stroll along sidewalked streets. The beach on St Pete Beach is just over a mile away and is easily access by car, the beach trolley or about a 20 minute walk.
There many restaurants with varied cuisines and prices in the local area for guests enjoyment. For those who wish to cook, the kitchen has the tools to make that easy and there are grocery stores close by for supplies.
We are constantly trying to make your vacation experience enjoyable and stress free so we appreciate suggestions from our clients.
