This tastefully decorated condo has two bedrooms, one bath and is fully furnished for your enjoyment. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd room has two twins. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Ground floor unit just 10 steps from the heated pool. This is a Great Location! Close to everything. Right on the Beach Trolley Line. You can take a leisurely stroll to the wide, white sand beach on Treasure Island in less than 10 minutes or take the Trolley and be there in one. The condo complex has been completely remodeled in the past year and has just started renting. Located right across the street from a beautiful county park that has tennis courts, baseball fields, a playground, and a boat launch. This is a NO Smoking, NO Pets Condo! Easy access to all surrounding attractions. Only 25 min from Tampa airport and 90 minutes to Orlando. This is a comfortable rental for a week, month or the entire season. You will love this location!

Beautiful Modern Condo.: All ceramic floors with 5 inch base boards. Brand new heated pool. Coin laundry on premises. Park off the street in our parking area.

Great Location: Beautiful walk to the beach. Very safe walk on side-walked streets. No major roads to cross. Walk to TWO beautiful parks in minutes. The park right across the street has a boat launch. Be boating in the Gulf in minutes. Why stay in a puny hotel room and pay more when you can spread out in our 2 bedroom condo for LESS $$$. Save more vacation money by eating a few meals you cook yourself in the full kitchen.

Tampa Bay is full of Activities: For the sports fans: We have all sorts of boating and water sports also including Sailing Regattas, Major Boat Shows and Deep sea fishing. You can also find a PGA golf course and World Class Tennis tournaments a short drive away. There are miles of nature trails for biking, hiking, roller skating or just plain old walking. Sorry, no snow or mountain sports. (However we do offer an indoor ski simulator in the area.) For the culture fans: There are plenty of museums and art galleries in the area. Great night life! There are numerous clubs with live music and dance or comedy. See live music concerts, shows and theater in world class performing arts centers. We're less than 45 minutes from area airports and Busch Gardens. Orlando is only 90 minutes away.

This place was wonderful. Very nice and clean. Had the dishes for us to use. Thought of everything possible. Wonderful, we would stay here again. It was nice to have the beach chairs in the rooms as well. Decorated very well.

The condo was extremely nice,very clean. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. A bit small for six people (only one bathroom.) We would stay again, with less people.

We really enjoyed this condo it was very comfortable to stay at.I wish that it had a phone as cell phones rack up roaming charges. However would recommend this lovely clean condo to others.

The apartment was spacious, quiet, well-equipped, clean, and very pleasantly decorated. Some apartments we have rented seem to also be storage facilities for their owners: this one is strictly for the renter. It has everything you need (vacuum, lawn chairs, baby stroller, etc.) but also has plenty of room for you to unpack and enjoy your stay. The owners were professional, made quick replies to all questions and were very clear in their directions. I would definitely stay here again.
