Not only close to the freeway, Strip, and shopping but only 10 minutes to the Convention Center and World Market Center. This lovely home offers a private back yard with covered patio, private pool and, and a gas barbecue grill. King size bed and Direct TV in the Master Bedroom. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Queen beds in the other bedrooms. Large living area with Direct TV. High speed Internet access (wireless and ethernet) Pool Table and Direct TV in the Game Room.

Every thing was great. Literally as close to the strip as it says, EVEN closer to the Rio and the PALMS. The House was very clean. I would recommend a car for travel but a taxi was only $20 to the strip (in traffic). There is a grill out back that was great suprise! I would stay here again in a heart beat. Owners were great and very quick to respond

A perfect base for a perfect hoilday

I have experienced rented property around the world and this property beats them all, hands down. We were welcomed by the owner personally and shown round the site. Everything was explained to us and a contact telephone number, for emergencies, supplied. It looked impressive on the website but, in real living colour, was much, much better. All the rooms were airy and well presented. The pool was outstanding and used regularly, every day. Local cab companies were very helpful and the average cost to the Strip was about $12. The most used item in the house was the ice making machine with its constant running ice cold water! I would highly recomend the site to anybody. The area is quiet and felt very secure. I would like to end by giving it my personal 5 star
award.

My family & I stayed at this house last year and fully intend to try and get this same property again. The house was clean and very well maintained. I would with 100% certainty recomend to anyone looking for a rental property.

Annual Vegas Vacation

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this same house. We are extremely pleased with this rental. We attend an Over 40 men's soccer tournament annually and several couples share this house. The owner keeps the house very clean and has made upgrades that were quite noticeable since our last visit. It is centrally located, close enough to the strip, shopping and the 4 different soccer fields we played at. We will definitely rent again and would reccommend to anyone!
