Built in 2004 our beautiful Villa is located in the lovely town of Calen Porter, just a 5 minute walk to all Shops, Bars and Restaurants & a 10 minute walk to the Beach. With its own Private terrace and heated pool, Sun Loungers, BBQ and patio furniture there is more than enough space to be able to soak up those rays. If it all gets too much cool yourself down in the Air Conditioning and enjoy all the comforts of home with Sky TV, DVD Player, DVDs, Games, Books, X box, CD Player and comfortable reclining leather sofas, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and oven. All bedrooms have TV/DVD Players. Sit back, relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun glowing through the Villa. Calen Porter is a very popular town & Beach Resort for families or couples or if you are just looking to get away for some peace and quiet, great food and gorgeous weather. It has everything you'll need, Shops, Bars, Restaurants, a sandy beach and even a disco built into the caves. You can access the beach via steps or by a road or there is always the Calen Porter Train that does regular trips up and down to the beach and around the town. There is no need to hire a car unless you want to visit any of the other beautiful towns, beaches & water parks in Menorca although there is public transport aswell.
