This newly built, CBS Construction home is the perfect Key Largo get away retreat. It's a beautiful, luxurious canal front home. The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood on a dead-end street, where you will feel right at home. Enjoy spectacular evenings from your very own private balcony or unwind after a full day of boating in the Jacuzzi. Enjoy a home cooked meal, a barbecue or just hop in your boat and cruise over to one of the various waterfront restaurants. Bring your boat or personal watercraft and you can utilize the 45' dock as the house is conveniently located right off Blackwater Sound and very close to Adam's Cut Waterways. Walking distance from John Pennekamp State Park, where you can dock your boat and/or enjoy their beach and other amenities. For the kids there is the Water Park at Jacob's Aquatics CenterWater Park (MM 99.6./3mls away) and Harry Harris Park (MM 92.5/10mls away). Fish, swim, sunbathe, relax and enjoy!

Get Close to Nature: Manatees are know to visit our dock during our winter season. You will also see a variety of birds! There is nothing more beautiful and peaceful than seeing the sunset from your own boat on the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine how elated you would feel that as you're watching that sunset, you see a group of dolphins playing by your boat. Nothing more memorable than that!

Sports: Fishing, Diving, Snorkling: We are next to Adams Cut which will lead you within twenty minutes to the Atlantic Ocean, where you can enjoy a full day of Fishing, Diving, Snorkling or you can just hang out at the 'Sandbar' by the Tiki Bar or you can just hang out in the Gulf.
