This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in a desirable gated community with golf course & country club. It has a wonderful view of the fairway across the water from the fully screened lanai. This unit is fully furnished and offers full laundry and includes cable, two TVs, DVD player, and all linens. The development is a lifestyle oriented community with over 1,000 acres, half of which is dedicated to wildlife and preserves. Social membership at the country club is included with rental of this unit which offers 2 pools, tennis, and a fitness facility. Fine dining at the club and the golf course are available as well. You are minutes away from beautiful Venice beach and activities like fishing, boating, strolling the lovely shops in downtown Venice or just relaxing in the beautiful sunshine. Nearby Sarasota attractions include St. Armand's Circle, The Ringling Museum, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Aquarium, Siesta Key beaches, and the Van Wezel Center for Performing Arts.

Very nice unit with all of the trimmings. Well supplied and apprieciated. Close to everything in Venice especially the beaches. Very good country club golf course within this gated community. Highly recommend this unit for a couple or small family.

A relaxing retreat after spending long days at the Venice beaches. Plenty of space, well-appointed and enjoyed the amenities of the nearby pool (within walking distance on condo). Breakfast was delightful on the lanai watching cranes, egrets, and herons in the
waterway besides seeing the golfers. Very clean, plenty of supplies,
easy access to downtown Venice, and other restaurants and shopping
in Venice area. Have stayed here twice and look forward to another stay. Thank you Carol and Geoff for a lovely place to vacation.
