Terrace upstairs with amazing views on the park and Dubai Marina towers in the background. Full A/C Digitally controlled temperature. Private parking for 2 cars. 2 bicycles available with one baby seat, to ride along the lakes of the community (10km of pathways). Complete windsurfing equipment available. Gated community with 24-hour security. Shopping center, gym and tennis at walking distance. Three international 18-hole golf courses (host of the Dubai desert classic) + 9-hole pitch & putt.
