Brand New 2007 32 foot Brazilian Ironwood dock for large boat and additional small watercraft. New well and filtration system as of July 2008. 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Lovely breezeway with walls of windows for panoramic views of river, Lake Ossipee, and mountain range.

400 feet of waterfront with a huge private sandy beach!
