Melbourne Beach is located across the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) from the City of Melbourne. It is not identified on the website map. Everything you could want for a relaxing and pleasant month at the beach is nearby: golf courses, boating, dining, shopping, and a beach that is recognized for its pristine beauty. Other opportunities are minutes away in the City of Melbourne, including performing arts and Melbourne International Airport. Sebastian Inlet and Vero Beach are to the south and the Orlando attractions are 90 minutes away.

Golf: There are many nearby golf courses. The closest, Spesard Holland, is 5 minutes away on the river.

A wonderful, relaxing vacation on the beach!

Deco condo surpasses expectations! From the moment you walk through the front door and see straight through to the balcony with sun and blue sky waiting for you, you know you are in for a treat!
Exactly as pictured, with large windows of incredible views all around you, and lovely and comfortable furniture and decor. The owners provide every possible comfort and convenience, with quality linens and an amazingly stocked kitchen; even night vision binoculars for viewing sea turtles laying eggs at night (which we saw several times, plus hatchlings making their way down to the sea! It was incredible to see the turtle tracksl on the beach every morning, directly in front of the condo!) All beach chairs and toys provided. Owners were very friendly and helpful. It couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you Deco Condo!

No suprises, here. The owners have taken care to accurately describe each detail of this wonderful oceanfront condo, even including a brochure of "where things are" in the condo, upon reserving. The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked, including such extras as an espresso maker. Pets are allowed. The neighbors in this 7-unit building are friendly without being intrusive. Great food is available within 2 miles, and there is a Publix a mile away. It is an hour or so drive from Orlando and 45 minutes from The Outlets of Vero Beach. Medical care is within a short distance. There is no pool here, but we were aware of that when we reserved. We will recommend this condo to friends and relatives.
