Purchased in September 2009, Remodeled throughout, and Ready for you! Annual Cleaning top to bottom May 2013. Nice furnishings, NEW memory foam mattress on sleeper sofa, and All the convenience of a Mountain Lodge condo.

We are located on the first floor near the exit to the slopes in the wing closest to Allegheny Springs and Split Rock Pools. New Satellite TV and in room Wireless Internet access.

Large open lobby with a stacked rock fire place is a great gathering place.

IN WINTER, SNOWBOARD RENTAL DISCOUNTS FOR ALL WHO RENT FROM US!

NO SMOKING in the condo. NO PETS in the condo.

The condo location is the closest wing to the Split Rock Pool Complex, the Village, and the Slopes. Aunte Pastas Restaurant is in the lower lever of the building. Several village restaurants are available around the corner.

Mountain Lodge is a very family friendly complex. There is a video game room with about 25 games, an indoor toddler play area, a movie area which shows movies all winter on weekend nights, and quiet hours beginning at 10 PM. There are also a couple of fitness machines available on-site. (summarized below)

Wonderful Experience!

Our family had a great time in this clean and well-kept condo. The first floor location was near the exit to slopes and made it super easy to come in for lunch and quick breaks. It is located near the village and split rock pool. Everything is so close and convenient you can park your car and walk everywhere and not have to worry about getting back in your car until you leave. Which was nice since we got almost two feet of snow while there!! The communication was awesome!. Emails and phone calls were answered immediately and Martin was so helpful with everything. Looking forward to coming back!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo at Mountain Lodge!! It was very close to the slopes!! The condo was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. This is the second year my family stayed at this same condo and looking forward to staying again next year! I have nothing but praise for Mountain Lodge and the staff. If you like to ski and being close to the slopes this is the place to stay. Thanks!!

Great experience. Our 3 stay at Mountain Lodge and the best condo we have stayed in. Very clean, large and well appointed. Location is near perfect on the first floor close to the exit for the ball hooter lifts. Unit is as described, transaction went very smoothly
