Pineapple Villa@ Coral Princess Condo is located about 7minutes drive from Christiansted on the north shore in Lagrande Princess the area has a friendly atmosphere and the temperature is always perfect. Sugar Mill Ruins can be viewed along the drive to your vacation home, Spectacular views of Buck Island can be seen right from your home. While the ocean side is full of Sea Coral and reef there is a beautiful white sandy beach canopied with Coconut palms within walking distance of your Villa where you can participate in 'Yoga' on the beach. Just outside your door you can watch the sunrise over the backdrop of Buck Island and the Northeast section of St. Croix. On a clear day you may even glimpse St. John, St. Thomas and the British Virgin Islands. Diving and snorkeling sights abound on this tropical island just a 10 min drive to Cane Bay and the famous Wall. You can view gorgeous tropical fish, fans, turtles, squid, and rays as the sea life is active and ready to display its colors

    Keys: Guests are provided with One set of keys. There is a $100.00 Fee for lost keys or keys Not left in Villa upon Guests departure. Should a guest lock themselves out of the Villa, a minimum $100 fee will be charged for one of our representatives t
  • Maid Service: Maids are dispatched Before your arrival so that your rental is sparkling clean. We Do Not offer Mid week service.
    Cancellations: Off Season: Notice must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival for a refund of 80% of the payment. Less than 45 days but more than 16days, 50% of the rental is forfeited. Less than 16 days, No refund. If the unit can be rented for the same period, full refund, less the service charge will be made.
    Peak Season: No Refunds will be made for cancellations between Dec. 15, and April15, unless property can be re-rented for the same period. If the property can be rented under these conditions, 80%of the payment made will be refunded. On Island manager is Marsha Benson from Island Villas, Either her or an associate meets you to guide you to your villa. Marsha Benson handles all transactions for Pineapple Villa.
