This condo is perfect for the whole family and is located 'Boardwalk Front' boasting an over sized bedroom which includes a sleeper sofa and a queen size bed and super large balcony... There are only 4 units in this building that afford these amazing ocean views, and this is1 of those 4 condos...we also have others available in this building as well! This top floor condo is loaded with all the amenities one would look for on vacation; beginning with of course A/C, flat screen T/V in the living-room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Elevator, access to balcony from the living-room and the bedroom and best of all there is a Pool and Hot Tub on site! If you are interested in renting this property, contact me immediately as we fill up quickly! This unit is easy to show and is sure to please.

  • 2010 - Now accepting reservations.

    First week of June through last week of September:
    $500/week-$1,500/week.

    Rental stay begins on Saturday at 2:00pm and ends the following Saturday at 10:00am.

    Off Season (October - May):
    $500/week or weekend
    $1000/month - all utilities included!

    Off Season reservations do not have to be Saturday to Saturday, pick your 2,3,4,5,6,7, or 30 days consecutively any way you want!

My family and I had the wonderful opportunity to vacation in this lovely condo. The location was perfect and we were able to ejoy the beach and boardwalk with ease.
