Great location! Close to many skiing areas (across the street from Mt. Cranmore) 5 minutes to story land and outlet shopping. Seasonal pool/ tennis courts. Close to the many Mt. Washington hiking trails and recreation. Property has 2 gas fireplaces, gas grill, pool table and second kitchen area on lower level. Unit is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable television on 3 TVs, DVD and VCR players, many boardgames and cards available for your use.
