Las Sendas is an award winning resort like community, located in East Mesa near the Tonto National Forest. The house is in a gated community within 1 block of the Las Sendas Trailhead Club which includes a large heated pool, hot tub and gorgeous views of the East Valley. Other amenities available at the club are tennis, work out facilities, massages and facials. Saguaro Lake is 15 minutes from the house with numerous hiking trails and horse back riding. Mesa offers many other golf courses minutes from the home. The house is located 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport just off the new 202 Freeway. The yard is nicely landscaped and has 2 patios to enjoy the outdoors. Inside the house is nicely furnished with large rooms, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a fire place.

From Las Sendas it is only 1 mile to the Salt River and 11 miles to Saguaro Lake. Tempe and Scottsdale are minutes away and Superstition Mall 7 miles to the south.

Gorgeous Home in Gated Community: Newer home with 18 in. tile floors and security screen door in front. Kitchen boasts granite counter tops with gas range and R.O. filtered water system. There are 2 sliding doors leading out to the patio\pool from the Great Room and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath has double sinks on high vanity with separate tub and shower.
