This single family one-level, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom 3,000+ sq. ft. home with a 3-car garage is located on a cul-de-sac ideally located near the Palm Springs airport, downtown shopping, restaurants and casino. It has everything you need for gracious indoor/outdoor living: fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dual zone heat and air conditioning, security system, wireless Internet access, pool, spa, spacious covered patios, built-in barbeque, ceiling fans, speakers, romantic fire pit. Each bedroom suite has its own full bath and walk-in closet with French doors leading to the pool or a private patio area. The master suite has a king bed and the other three have queen beds. Perfect Place for a Getaway/Celebration

A group of 10 people shared this wonderful house to celebrate my 25th birthday. What a fantastic and memorable weekend we had!

From the first day of inquiry through the stay itself, John was extremely helpful and organized. He has thought of everything for you already!

Everyone was able to relax and get away from the stress in Los Angeles. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we spent most of our time here. How could you not?? The weather was amazing and you were surrounded by a gorgeous view of the mountains.

The house is spotless and has everything you would need and we had no need to venture out. The BBQ was great and we used it for most of our meals.

My friends are already clamoring to go back! Thank you John for sharing your wonderful home with us.

I rented Casa Serenidad for a much needed retreat for myself and my family. The vacation couldn't have been better! The house is magnificent (the pictures don't even do it justice!) and John couldn't have been more accommodating. The amenities and landscape were spectacular and the pool was something out of a magazine. Everyone of us had a spectacular time and hope to make it an annual trip. The home couldn't have been more perfect! Thanks again, John, for opening your home up to us- it truly was a dream.

Perfection

When I booked Casa Serenidad as the location for my 50th birthday weekend getaway with the girls I knew it would be lovely from the pictures and comments posted on the website.

However, nothing prepared us for just how spectacular this house truely is. We all walked around with our jaws dropped our first day there. It is breathtaking! Spacious, comfortable and exquisitely decorated. The owner John was geat to work with and Doug, the caretaker was there to meet us and walk us through the house. They are always available by phone to answer any questions or help in any way.

The kitchen was very well-appointed, the bedroom suites so comfortable with bathrooms and large walk-in closets in each. The private casitas off the main entry was wonderful. The pool and spa are gorgeous. Outdoor gas grill and fire pit area. It goes on and on. We even had a yoga teacher come to the house for a private lesson for the 10 of us which we had in the back on the grass among the fruit trees.

This is not just a rental but a beautiful sanctuary that provides you every comfort. Downtown P.S. is minutes away with shopping and restaurants, but frankly I don't know why one would ever leave once they've arrived. We had Saturday night dinner catered by Las Consuelos Terraza - a mexican restaurant nearby.

RUN, do not walk to this property - it's a treasure!

This home was just fabulous! When we got to the home, John had everything set-up and music playing! We knew that this would be a great stay the moment we walked through the gate! The home was a fabulous place for a relaxing retreat.

John Tuttle was so organized and friendly! The customer service was fabulous! When we arrived home we even found a calendar,with pictures of the home, thanking us for our stay! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home! We will be back next year!

Casa Serenidad

My girlfriends and I take an annual girls weekend and this year we tried Casa Serenidad, this was the best move we ever made!!! This is an awesome home with a great pool/spa. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is fantastic. We all loved this house and can't wait to come back next year.
