Although a 3 level house with lots of privacy for all, the lower bedroom only requires one step to enter, and you find yourself on the same level as the pool, living room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor fireplace area. There is a ramp leading from the driveway right to this bedroom, then one step to enter, and one small step to pool area from the sliding glass doors which give a spectacular view of the pool, ocean and the jungle. This is great for anyone who may have trouble dealing with stairs.
