'SUNSETTER' - Newly Renovated 4 bedroom 3 Bath Beach House located in Surf City on Long Beach Island New Jersey. This oceanside home is located one off ocean with beach access and no streets to cross to get to the beach.

The house was totally gutted and renovated and refurbished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed beachy feeling. The house is a two story home with central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for views of the ocean. There are cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room, kitchen 'Great Room' and in the master bedroom suite. There is ceramic tile and wood pergo on all floors for ease of cleaning. The house has plenty of off street parking and a new outside shower. It is located near miniature golf, many family activities, kid friendly restaurants, ice cream stands and bicycle rental stores etc.

Nearest Airport : Philadelphia International Airport at 50 Miles

Car: not necessary

The house is located in Surf City on Long Beach Island New Jersey. Long beach Island was ranked by National Geographic Traveller Magazine in 2003 as one of the top 5 family beaches in the United States! It is 45 minutes from Atlantic City with its World Class Hotels and Casinos and it famous Boardwalk. The house is about 15minutes from Fantasy Island in Beach Haven on LBI with numerous rides and activities. There are restaurants and bagel shop plus miniature golf and fast food restaurants within close walking distance.

Surf City is about one hour from Philadelphia and one and one half hours from New York City.

There are ample activities including swimming, sailing, boating deep sea fishing plus numerous other beach activities nearby.
