MINIMUM RENTAL ONE MONTH. Located 3 miles from beach, meter parking. Close to restaurants, shopping centers, churches & synagogues. The condo is located in a beautiful golf course open to the public on a pay as you play basis. The club house serves lunch and dinner in the Bar / Grill Room. This is a great golf sport shop. The condos are well equipped and beautifully furnished. Both bedrooms and living area walk out to a screened porch. The community has its own heated pool and club house, as well as a jogging path. The property is located between Boca Raton & Fort Lauderdale. It is only 1.5 miles to I 95, 2 miles to the Sawgrass Highway, and 2.5 miles to the Florida Turnpike.

45 minutes south; This is an ideal location, easy to get to Miami arts and the famous Ocean Drive. While in Miami, take a ferry tour of Star Island and see Shach O'Neil's home. 30 mintues north; Go to the Rodeo Drive of the east, Worth Ave. in Palm Beach. 30 mintues south; Head out to Los Olas Dr. in Fort Lauderdale for dinner and see the Intercostal. If you don't want to drive, take the train to Palm Beach on the east coast, just 1 mile from your condo (cab maybe required). You've got it all. Deerfield Beach also has a beautiful beach and fishing pier.
