Waterfront condo. Short walk to beach, restaurants, & shops You will enjoy the cool ocean breeze while on the balcony. The complex is located right off the Tom Stuart Causeway so you'll have easy access back to the mainland. Right across from the complex is an outdoor recreation center with baseball fields, tennis courts, and a playground for children. The complex has two pools, a hot tub, exercise room, and fishing docks. Nearby is a grocery store, restaurants, shops, the trolley bus stop, library, post office and the beach is a short .2 of a mile away. Two miles away is John's Pass Village--a tourist destination with tons of shops, restaurants, and various boat rides, jet ski rental, and para sailing. There is a fishing dock right out front of the condo where you can fish or just sit and watch the dolphins play.
