With 4000 sq.ft., there is plenty of room for everyone! 6 bdrms, 4 full baths, large fully stocked kitchen with dining area, great room with 55' Sony HDTV/DVD/CD player, home theatre with surround sound, game room featuring 8' Connelly pool table and dry bar, upstairs loft with 38' TV/DVD, office area including stocked bookshelf, enormous Master bdrm with 38' TV/DVD, and walk-in closet. Master bath has soaker tub, separate shower, and separate 'toilet room'. Outside you can lounge in the large private backyard while listening to the spa cascading into the large sparkling pool. Palm trees and hibiscus abound and add to the tropical feel. There's plenty of outdoor furniture and the 50,000 BTU BBQ is ready!

Located 35 min. west of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport at I-10 and Watson in the brand new Sundance at Serenade development our home is convenient to all the West Valley has to offer. NASCAR 15 min., Cardinals/Coyotes 20 min., Spring Training 25 min., Suns/Diamondbacks 40 min. Phoenix is a golfers 'heaven' with the first course 3 blks to 10 more within 20 min. drive and over 170 more to choose from in the greater area. The swap meet, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, hiking, zoos, ghost towns, cookouts, and more are a great way to spend a day. For those more adventurous, day trips to Sedona, Tucson, Nogales, Rocky Point, Grand Canyon, and Lake Havasu are at hand. If you don't care to drive, take a bus tour! There are 4 queens, 1 king and 2 full size beds in total. Each room contains a 6 drawer dresser, night stand, lighted ceiling fan, reading lamp, and clock radio. There are also extra pillows and bedding in the closets along with laundry hamper and hangers. The Master Bedroom is a truly magnificent room. The double door entry leads to you your own private retreat at the end of the day where you can curl up on your king size bed and watch TV or a DVD. There is plenty of furniture including a 6 drawer dresser with mirror, 6 drawer standing dresser, and TV armoire with 38 inch TV. The walk in closet is like a room of its own with shelving and hangers of various heights. The high archway leads to your Master bath where there is even a separate 'toilet room' for privacy.
