Joyce and Dallas, Words cannot adequately describe your amazing home away from home! We have been coming to PCB for 17 years and have never stayed in such a beautiful, warm, accommodating, and spacious condo. We have always stayed in a condo, but never one quite like yours! It was the perfect layout for our family...3 bedrooms with the ability to comfortably sleep 10 adults. (Twin beds were ok when our children were small, but now they are young adults!) The condo was breathtaking from the moment that we walked in the door! The beautiful foyer and tile floors throughout make this condo so attractive. (It feels so much more clean than carpet!) My entire family LOVED the openess of the kitchen, dining, and family areas while at the same time having privacy with the bedroom layout. I have never seen an actual laundry ROOM in any condo we have stayed in....AMAZING!! My Mom loved it! (She is the one who usually takes care of our laundry!) We loved the storm door at the entry...what an excellent touch! It just adds to the openess of the condo! The very spacious kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. Everything in the condo, from the decorating to the appliances, is top of the line! This was the perfect year for us to "find" this condo...we had more rain than we have ever seen on any trip to Florida. Being in such a wonderful condo made staying inside much more tolerable! Thank you Joyce for everything...your emails, letter, and call to the condo to check on us. And Thanks again for sharing your wonderful condo with our family!! We look forward to staying here again!! The Wow is what we want all of our Guest to have, You can say these wonderful things, but you see I can't, would never want our Guest to think it is just a sales pitch! The very first thing we did when we purchased the condo new was to change out the carpet, I am like you, tile much nicer and cleaner! The awesome lay out and openess is another thing that gave us the Wow feeling, with the storm door feels just like being outside, but in the cool! We truly try to have everything our Guest will need, and hopefully quality as well, Dallas like to replace things before it breaks! I love the Laundry Room, Counter top and Sink is Great! The Layout is wonderful, plenty of gathering room, but yet so much privacy. We do hope you will stay with us again, don't want our Guest to think just trying to rent, but I usually begin to book very early, lots of repeat Guest.
