Parking:
You will need to rent a car to arrive to the apartment. You will also need to buy a temporary parking permit, to park your rental car inside the complex. This will cost $20 dollars for the calendar month. This permit you can buy and pay the gate guard when you first arrive. If you rent in the transition from one month to the other (e.g. from Nov 29 to Dec 8) they will charge you another $20 dollars (even if you are staying 10 days in that transition) Yes ...we know... but those are the board of directors rules, we owners are working on that issue. If this happens to you I will assume the cost of at least one permit...please let me know....
Security Deposit:
You will only be able to book and block your preferred dates from other potential renters by sending in a $250 security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable after your departure, if after an inspection of the apartment it is found to be in good conditions. Any major breakages will be deducted from this deposit. The security deposit is by sending a US Post office money order.
Driving directions/ Cancellation:
Driving directions and other interesting information will be mailed to you before your arrival but only when e-mail contact and agreeing is made by you and me.
If you cancel your rental 6 weeks before your initial request,It Is Very Important To Understand That I Will Keep The Security Deposit. Please understand that this is my only property for rent that I am not a hotel chain, and I turn down many requests to rent to your preferred dates. So It will be almost impossible for me to be able to book another rental in such a short time.
