Just 12 miles west of Disney World is one of Central Florida’s most picturesque and peaceful holiday and golfing communities, Highlands Reserve. Set around the par 72 golf course, Highlands Reserve offers residents and guests alike everything you need for a relaxing break from the fun that is Orlando. Our executive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has everything you need to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Fully air conditioned our villa offers a relaxing family room, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, separate utility room and a spacious fully screened west facing pool and deck area. With the well-appointed bedrooms our villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.

Location: : Highlands Reserve is located just of US Highway 27, 3 miles south from the US 192 (W. Irlo Bronson Highway) the main route into Disney World. Although all the main theme parks and attractions are only a short driving distance away, when you drive into Highlands Reserve Blvd. you enter peaceful surroundings with tree-lined boulevards, an abundance of orange groves, oaks and pine trees, tropical landscaped gardens in traditional Floridian style, and picturesque golf course as it’s centre piece. There is a large supermarket (Publix) just a few minutes drive away and a selection of local shops and take-away restaurants (Chinese and Italian) in the same complex.

Recreation Information: : The 18 hole golf course also offers a driving range, practice green, cart and club hire, pro shop and snack bar. Along with the Highlands Reserve community children’s playground, community swimming pool and a tennis court, our guests also have free use of the Regal Palms Leisure Complex which is located at the Sand Mine Road entrance into Highlands. The tropical pool area has been open since July 2004, the Sports Bar & Restaurant, games room, Internet facilities and the 24 hour check-in reception opened in December 2004. The Spa & Health suite with an exercise room and a full range of beauty treatments opened in November 2005. There are many other golf courses in the area, all open to the public and only a short drive away. All the theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants are very easy to drive to, and for those wanting to go a little further Busch Gardens, Tampa and Kennedy Space Centre, Cape Canaveral are only 60 and 70 miles away respectively.

Additional Information: : On a personal note, while we were jointly purchasing our holiday home with my brother and his family our ‘wish list’ was quite long and intense. We never dreamt we would meet and exceed all our expectations, but we did. Highlands Reserve had everything we were looking for and to find the perfect villa as well we couldn’t believe our luck. Having travelled extensively around the USA ourselves we know how important picking the right accommodation is for making a vacation a truly successful and memorable one. Using our own experiences we have put a lot of thought and work into making our vacation home as comfortable as possible to ensure our guest enjoy their stay.

  • For US$ and CND$ rates please e-mail with your proposed dates.
    Weekly rates are based on 7 nights stay. Start days are flexible. Minimum stay restrictions - 4 nights (7 nights on Special rates). Rates per night are pro rata to the weekly rates. Short stay supplement of £45 for rentals less then 7 nights. Electricity, water and all state taxes are INCLUDED in the rates. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Pool heating is available on request (recommended Oct – Apr) at an additional charge of £80 per week. Rates are guaranteed once booking is confirmed.

Lovely villa. Fantastic pool. We had a really good time staying here. As it was our first time in Florida it was nice to have the support from the Regal Palms Resort for directions etc. Handy to have the brilliant Publix Supermarket just up the road. Loved Blizzard Beach, but don't try 'Summit Plummet' if you are of a nervous disposition! Suggest that every park you visit, plan the day when you first arrive in the park using the guide maps provided. Try the buffet breakfast at Ponderosa before taking on the parks and take plenty of water with you. We loved our stay here and many thanks to Jackie for providing clear directions in her information pack and also for all the advice. - Jacqui, Adam, Adam Jnr & Emily.
After waiting years for this holiday, we arrived at your villa and instantly felt at home. Had our best nights sleep ever in the HUGE bed! Tried to cram loads into our 2 weeks, only wish we had come for 3 weeks! Thanks very much. - Alan, Bev, Jack, Ben & Eve.

Disney Magic and Retail Therapy!

We’ve only just returned from our trip to the US and this is the first opportunity to say thanks for letting us rent your house. It was very comfortable for what we needed – a quick dose of The Magic and some retail therapy. The children also very much enjoyed the pool and the spa (i’m not sure they have forgiven us yet for only telling them about the Spa on their last day.) Thanks again.

Excellent Vacations!

My family and I had a great time in that villa. We stayed for 16 days last December and January, and we had a great time!
It was my niece's birthday during our stay, and we had breakfast at Chef Mickey and she became Cinderella at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. It is a great experience and I am sure she will never forget. I certainly recommend.
It was the first time my parents left Brazil to go the U.S, and they really loved Orlando. A very special day was at the Discovery Cove, we have great pictures!
We were able to do some barbecue at the villa, and we had a great time at the heated pool.
The villa is very comfortable and has plenty of space for 8!
I wish to go back soon!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Everything we could want for two weeks was provided, the bedrooms and living space was lovely. Fantastic master bedroom with big bathroom and walk in shower. Lovely pool in quiet location.
Best of all the villa is ideally positioned for easy access to a great choice of restaurants, 30 minutes from Disney and easy access to International Drive.
We all had a fantastic holiday and thanks for all the pre-information, directions and helpful advice before we left.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
