Exquisite remodeled Kapalua Golf Villa. 10 minute walk to Kapalua Beach, the Ritz, Golf and Tennis facilities, Sansei Restaurant, Pineapple Grill and more. The villa features stunning ocean views from two levels and three sides as this is a corner villa looking at: the island of Lanai, Kapalua Bay, Napili Beach Areas and Kapalua Bay Golf Course. The master suite has a second lanai looking at the 1st. green of the Kapalua Bay Course that featured the Kapalua LPGA Classic and other tournaments.The Villa is fully equipped including air conditioning, wireless internet, granite kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs. Available for for TWO PEOPLE ONLY.

The Villa is a large one bedroom two bath...featuring towering windows enabling one to capture magnificent views from nearly every room including the remodeled kitchen.

The master suite, features a travertine stone bath and shower and a lanai facing East toward the 1st green on the Bay Course. There are sweeping views from West side of the master bedroom creating a very romantic setting. The evening sunsets are extraordinary from the huge West lanai or from the living and bedrooms as shown in attached photos.

The living room, dining area and kitchen provide views of the island of Lanai, the Ocean, pool and beaches. The large West lanai accomodates lounging and entertaining. The villa is approximately 1300 s.f.

Located on the Kapalua Bay Golf Course between the 1st. and 10th greens, the Villa is twenty five yards from the pool and BBQ. Walking distance is ten minutes to Kapalua Bay, three Pro Shops including Kapalua Tennis Courts and Bay Golf Course, hotel shops and other world famous locals such as the Ritz Carlton and several restaurants. The Plantation Golf Course can be reached by complementary shuttle service. This elegant Villa is in high demand for the HYUNDAI CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT January and other tournaments as scheduled. Early reservations are advised.

Activities include golf, tennis, swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, spa, massage, hiking, fishing, boating, local entertainment, quilting, dancing, restaurants and snack bar.

All rates are subject to an 13.6% Hawaii Tax. Year round dates are available on a first come first serve basis. No rentals under seven days will be considered. Discounts are offered for visits of two weeks or more. NO SMOKING.

Maui and Kapalua villa

Our fifth time back to Kapalua since we were married there 25 years ago, may have been our best. What a beautiful villa, and how conveniently located to pool and BarBQ area(about 40 yards). We often walked to the Honalua Store for breakfast and other items; it has a large supply of ready-made and made to order food, wine and other items. In close proximity is the beautiful Ritz-Carlton..a nice place to stroll to. The hiking trails along the ocean provided for great scenery as well as a workout. Several times, we had pupus(appetizers) at the Pineapple Grill, one of our favorite romantic spots.
The villa was confortable, clean and well furnished, and the owners are friendly and helpful. We may have set a record for length of stay, at 60 days!!, and wish it were longer. Don't miss the Happy Hours at Merriman's or in Lahaina at Ruth's Chris--a nearby favorite was the Kahana Grill, also with a good happy hour as well as quality dining. Mahalo to the owners for providing a great place to stay!

OUR WONDERFUL 47TH ANNIVERSARY TRIP

We loved your Villa. It had everything we needed and more for our 47th Anniversary trip July 24th to Aug 9, 2012.. The views were incredible. You made everything so easy for us .We loved our stay there. The Villa and surrounding areas were so well kept and beautiful. We have been going to Maui for the past 20 years and this is our 3rd stay at Kapalua Golf Villas. We love the beauty and peace of the Kapalua area. We love the Kapalua Trail, Cool Cat Cafe Burgers, and Lappert's Kauai Pie Ice Cream. Finally did the 4 mile hike to the 400 ft Waimoku waterfall at Oheo Gulch. INCREDIBLE!!!! and we swam with a pod of spinner dolphins in Honolua Bay.
So thanks again for sharing your beautiful home on Maui.

Had a great time at Rich and Zdenka's golf villa in Kapalua. The owners were very easy to work with, and the villa is extremely clean, updated and comfortable. The views from the lanais were excellent and the proximity to the pool is excellent. We walked the coastal trail each day as well as many other hikes we found on and around the property. You can walk as much or as little as you want to. The complementary shuttle will take you anywhere on property if you would rather relax than exercise.

Our anniversary trip to Kapalua

My husband and I have spent 10 lovely days here at Kapalua. This is our 14th year of coming here. This villa is very nice and an end unit that gives way to a beautiful view of the fairway. The expansive ocean view and the closeness of the pool really makes it a great spot among others listed. The remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms make it a gold model. I enjoyed the big tub and my husband really liked the big patio. Also the moon rises right off the patio, which makes for a great romantic night! Most important of all it is high above the other golf villas, so you are not looking at roof tops from your patio. The owners are very nice and accommodating and have thought of everything! We will come back next year!
