Walk to saltwater beach in 5 min. from this charming 3 bedroom home located on a private road and abutting State owned parkland. Enjoy your vacation just a short walk from a semiprivate saltwater beach where swimming, sunbathing or walking the beach at low tide can be enjoyed. A 1 min. drive will bring you to Crosby Lane town beach if preferred. Additionally, one can access fresh water swimming at Nickerson State Park any time during the day. Biking and bike rentals are close by on the Cape Cod Rail Trail which connects the lower Cape towns. Brewster also offers golfing at the town owned two, 18 hole regulation courses. Brewster's Rte. 6A is where you can find casual to fine dining, many antique shops and historical landmarks to visit. Or if you wish a little solitude, then relax at your vacation home out back on the patio.

This lovely home is located on a private road and a 5 min walk takes you to the ocean bay beach. East Brewster has the bike trail and bike rental shops within a 1/4 away. Nickerson State Park is a 2 minute drive away and offers fresh water ponds and hiking trails. There are many antique shops, art gallerys, and resturants along rte.6A which is also close proximity. Our well maintained town owned public two, 18 hole golf course is a 15 minute drive away. The abutting town of Orleans has a food shopping center (5 min away) and has more gift shops, resturants, internet cafes and more.

Notes: This home is one level living and one of the two bathrooms has a handicapped shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. Tenant to provide sheets and towels but home owner will provide paper products and some basics. There is a non-smoking policy in the home and on the grounds and no pets allowed due to fleas and allergies. Adults and adult children preferred.
