Brand new luxurious town house, built in Nov 2006. 3 bedrooms (1 master bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, and a sofa bed. The home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. It is 5 minutes from Disney World and near all the major attractions. Bed set-up is 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player and Game Cube included. High speed Internet also provided. Fully-equipped kitchen. High chair, crib, and stroller are free. The house is located in the heart of Kissimmee, close to everywhere. There is a large community pool and a nice playground in the community with lake views. A tennis court will be added to the community soon.

Well this vacation rental townhouse was very comfortable for 7 people in my family it was very clean and with a really nice location it was like 5 to 10 min.to the disney parks and near the shopping outlets and malls there were also several good restaurants near the house,also supermarkets and pharmacys were nearby.We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at this property.

This was our first time we had a vacation renting a property and it was worth every penny. As soon as we arrived we LOVE the house. Very clean, comfortable and anything you would need (grocery, restaurants, gift shops, attractions. etc.) was just minutes away. Excellent conditions and the neighborhood is very quiet... I'm definetely keep on coming back.

The stay at the home was wonderful. The neighborhoos was quiet and in a great location for whatever your heart desires. We would definitely do this again.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and nicely decorated. It is located within 5 miles of Disney World and close to both Universal Studios and the airport. We especially appreciated having a spacious place where we could relax with all the amenities of home. The property manager was also great when I called him with a few questions. All in all, we'd highly recommend it for your next Orlando visit!

We stayed at Paradise Cay the entire month of May. We loved the house and plan to return next year. The location is perfect, the house is very confortable, we had a great time.
