Location, location,location!!!!!
We stayed there for the hole week. The place is just perfect. It's very clean,has all the stuff you need(hairdryer,iron,even the shampoo and etc.),close to the beach, main restaurants and all the shopping. The lady,who rented the apartment ( Soleil), was very friendly, very attentive to all our needs.(Example: We came with the baby and I didn't inform her in advance.The first thing we asked her for, was a crib. She reacted fast- we had it after couple hours.)
It made our vacation absolutely fantastic!!!

We stayed here this past weekend and I must say I was VERY pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Condo. It is very roomy, very clean, well equipped. It is literally close to EVERYTHING south beach. Ocean drive one block away with all the food, booze, and sight seeing you can possibly want. There is a Walgreen's a few blocks away for purchasing any and all the travel necessities. The Owner was fantastic to deal with. Place overall is Fantastic. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit!

The condo was roomy, bigger than it looked in the pictures. The condo had all the amenities you needed and anything you needed to buy was within walking distance. The owners are very nice and were available if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, its at an ideal location for anyone looking to explore everything South Beach has to offer.

Ana y Frank son excelentes anfitriones, con muy buena disposición para solucionar todos los imprevistos que surgen en esta clase de viajes.
En cuanto al departamento, tal vez el edificio no impresiona mucho cuando entras, pero una vez en el departamento todo es perfecto. La limpieza es impecable y todo funciona perfectamente. Nosotros eramos un grupo de cinco personas. Mis hijos tienen entre 19 y 24 años. La ubicación es inmejorable para South Beach. Existen muchos lugares en los alrededores para comer (o comprar comida) para todos los gustos y presupuestos.
El estacionamiento es muy cómodo tanto para el ingreso como para la salida. (nosotros estábamos en una Van para 12 personas y aún así no tuvimos problemas).
En fin: lugar y gente más que recomendable. Gracias Ana por las atenciones.

Long Weekend November 2012

Ana and Frank were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The condo was laid out perfectly for two couples. Each bedroom had a separate bathroom and there is a pull out couch in the living room. The condo was relatively clean, the floor was just a little dirty but not noticeable until you walked on it in bare feet. We let Ana know about that issue, so I am sure it will be cleaner for the next person. The kitchen appliances, washer and dryer and bathroom fixtures were new. Having wifi service was great for researching restaurants. The location was perfect for our stay. We parked our car and never used it as we were able to walk to everything. There is a free taxi service, bike rentals and regular cab service in the area that you can use if you need to get around as well. Because of the great location, it can get loud in the evening, so you will want to bring some ear plugs. All and all a great condo and we would stay there again if we were in Miami.
