Located in Settlers Crossing in the East Village. Ground floor, open floor plan, with two bedrooms, double access bathroom, spaciously accommodating 7 people. Luxurious, gourmet kitchen with all the amenities of home. Ski-in and ski-out to the slopes. Heated tile floors, ice maker, gas fireplace. In suite laundry, ski lockers, underground parking. Enjoy one of our two flat screen TVs, with DVD players, or just sit back and enjoy the picturesque mountain views just outside your window. Private patio with great hot tub. Our place is family friendly with games, toys and movies. All this and just a short walk to the village.
We live in South Surrey B.C. with our two children. We loved Sun Peaks from our first visit. We love the drive up to the mountain and we can stop in and visit family and friends in Kamloops on our way. Sun Peaks has something for our whole family, regardless of the time of year. We have enjoyed our condo very much over the last few years. Me and the kids learned to ski in Sun Peaks, it is our favorite ski hill. We have been to others. We especially love being able to ski right back into our place after a long fun day!
Settlers Crossing has beautiful views. We are located right on the golf course. Just a short walk into the village and all the amenities.
We had a great time at your condo. We were travelling with our 2 young children (3yrs old and 8 months old), and the space and layout of the condo were perfect for us. Everything was in great condition, we enjoyed bonus gadgets like the waffle maker, panini maker - fun additions. The hot tub is absolutely wonderful - we miss it already. Being on the ground floor was great, for ease of getting in and out, especially with skis & sled and two kids. The property manager is very responsive. Although the condo is right above the garage door, we were impressed with the excellent sound insulation and could not hear it at all unless we listened really hard in complete silence ;o) - so this shouldn't stop anyone from renting - the ground floor advantage far outweighs the garage door. The two negative comments I have did not ruin our stay, as you can tell from my comments. Negative #1: we had not been informed of the change in garage door code, but the property manager answered our call right away, so it worked out just fine. Negative #2: the refrigerator is loud.
