This spacious, beautiful, single-story, four bedroom, and three bath villa home is located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club gated community. The golf course has been voted one of the top 100 golf courses to play in America. The home has an enclosed heated south facing pool and spa. Visitors have access to Southern Dunes club house restaurant, tennis court, gym, basketball court, fishing lake, children's playground, etc. In addition, there is a 24-hour Wal-mart (5 minutes walk). The home is also located 25 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and 35 minutes from the Airport. The management company will make sure your stay is an enjoyable one offering 24 hour emergency service.

A security deposit of $200 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
