Or rent a boat at the marina across the cove. Drive a couple minutes down the street to lounge at the large State Park Beach. When your done enjoying outdoor activities you'll love spending time in this house w/ real hardwood floors & new furniture in living room and bedrooms. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has gorgeous granite counter tops and modern day appliances, or eat out at the many nearby delicious restaurants. Relieve some stress at the nationally acclaimed Point Sebago Golf course which is practically next door. Peddle boat & 2 kayaks available to use. Winter renters, Shawnee Peak skiing is 25 minutes away. Popular area for snowmobiling & ice fishing. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YRS OLD TO RENT

House is in a great location! Casco's neighboring towns is Naples and Raymond. Naples is referred to as 'The Heart of the Lakes Ragion' Naples (5 minutes west from house) is full of great restaurants such as Brays Brew (Delicious Food) which never fails to have live entertainment every weekend night. Or enjoy lunch at Rick's Cafe wear you can sit outside on the patio and enjoy great views of Long Lake. 15 minutes east is downtown Windham (after Raymond) where you can get your groceries and stop at Walmart and stores alike to grab anything you may have forgotten to pack! The house is 3 minutes off of Rte 302 which is house you get everywhere I just mentioned. Point Sebago Golf resort (open to public for golfing) is right around the corner. Sebago State Park Beach is a few minutes drive down the street off 302 35 minutes from Fryeburg Fair!

My husband, myself and our 15 month old son stayed at this rental property the last week of June. Albeit it rained everyday except for the day we arrived we had a terrific time. The property is well maintained and has all of the amenities that a home-away-from-home should have. The location is close to the lake as well as other area attractions with interesting day trips all within 45 minutes. We can't wait to plan our next vacation at this property. Thank you Emma- our son's first vacation will be fondly remembered.

Great stay in Sebago

On our annual vacation to Maine our party of 6 stayed at this great vacation home for 6 days. The house is extremely well maintained and beautiful as well as being in a location that is accesible to Portland, the waterfront, Naples & the white mountains area all within 30 minutes. The home has a nice layout and is furnished and decorated with modern flare. We liked that all linens, dishes, etc. were provided and the hot tub was a great way to relax. Good places to eat and shop very near by and the Sebago Point golf course is a great place to play. We would reccomend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy all Maine has to offer is an environment much nicer and more relaxing than any hotel. Great Place!

beautiful sebago home in kettle cove !!! as stated in vacation rental details, the house itself was everything stated. there was not a single thing we were lacking in the home. upon our arrival we found a very clean and well kept home with a notebook of information. the 2 living rooms are perferct for relaxing and watching t.v. and the kitchen and baths were well equipted. having a washer/dryer was great since we spent every day out on the boat, and at the state beach. the dock was suitable for over night tie up and felt very secure leaving it over night. the neighborhood (and neighbors) was great for walking our dog, and quiet throughout the entire week! the house is in a great location for traveling to naples and bridgeton, which were within minutes or farther for a day trip into new hampshire.
would definately come back again and again !!
