We also have units nearby at Sterling Beach and Hidden Dunes. In addition, we have units at Regency Towers, The Summit, and Boardwalk Beach Resort all on Thomas Drive. Just a bit west on Front Beach Road, we have units at Twin Palms and Majestic Beach Resort. And finally, we have great units near Pier Park at Calypso, Tidewater Beach Resort, Emerald Isle, and Splash. ** Note that all of our units are Gulf Front !! **
420 feet of white sand beach on the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Treasure Island Resort Condominium is located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park. The condo complex is right on the beach and features 120 foot long heated pool with tropical landscaping, deck chairs and gazebos. We also offer a Fitness Room with Gulf view and Game Room for the kids and teens. The building is served by four high speed elevators, secure covered parking with five separate covered walkovers to the condo building.
Our condo, 2 bedroom Unit 207 has 9 foot ceilings, is fully furnished with contemporary West Indies style furniture, top-of-the-line appliances, and the most up to date electronics. Free high speed internet is available in the condo. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with high back West Indies style king sized bed with appropriate matching furnishings and accessories. The large armoire that matches the living room armoire houses a 42' TV. Make sure you take advantage of the large shower with a shower head on each end, and the private entrance to the Gulf balcony. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, dresser, and nightstands. There are plenty of closets located throughout the condo for your convenience. A second bathroom allows for visitors' use without going into your bedrooms.
Bunk beds in an alcove setting, as well as the new Queen Sized sleeper sofa provide additional sleeping. This allows for the most reasonable and economical family vacation in Panama City.
The condo provides a large fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and adjoining dining room with a table able to accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room has enough seating for all persons staying in the condo and has a 42 inch TV and DVD/VCR. The unit also has a full sized washer and dryer in separate utility room, and a large balcony will make it easy for you to enjoy our home as your home during your entire stay at the beach!
The Gulf Front balcony allows easy access from both the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. Enjoy morning coffee or lunch overlooking the pool, or the beautiful sunsets for which Panama City Beach is famous. Another feature with staying in this 2nd floor unit is the ease of handing over the railing all your beach 'gear' as well as the snacks for your enjoyment by the pool. No worry with elevator waits or lugging beach chairs around the building.
Let us say here, that you and your 'baby' are always welcome. We are long time lovers of animals, are members of the Etowah Valley Humane Society, and donate the use of our condo as a auction item for the fund raiser 'Top Hats and Tails' each year.
Rest assured, even though we allow small pets, we are exceptional in making sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo knowing that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly.
Parasailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats are just a few of the things to do while at the beach, or do nothing but listen to the waves and enjoy the rays of the sun.
Long famous for its nightlife with Schooners, Club La Vela and Spinnakers within easy distance, Treasure Island is conveniently located on uncrowded Thomas Drive near many fine restaurants, water parks, and amusement parks.
