This charming 19th century Greek revival farmhouse is located on beautiful Main Street in Cotuit, just 5 minutes to a beautiful Loop Beach, which is ideal for families. There are four and a half bedrooms, accommodating 10-12, and linens are included. The home features a full kitchen, a washer (no dryer), dining room, living room. The front porch and back deck are perfect for relaxing and enjoying summer breezes with family and friends. Children love the tire swing in the large yard. A mooring for a boat is available upon request. Beach permit for Barnstable beaches provided. The home is convenient to golf, shopping, and all Cape locations.
