This new villa is built with respect for traditional Mexican architecture. There are 3 bedrooms plus studio 5 bathrooms. The view of both the ocean and jungle in one of the most prestigious gated communities in Puerto Vallarta. The 5500 square feet of space is very functional, open, light and truly restful. There is an infinity pool, interior water feature and lots more very special features. It is 15 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta, so close to all the 'action' but extremely peaceful when you want to be at home.

This area and beach are truly the nicest in Puerto Vallarta. This is a tropical paradise with everything you could want. It is close to town but also peaceful and relaxing. The Villa is laid out so everyone has 'space' and intimate enough to feel like home. The South Shore of Puerto Vallarta is the most beautiful and is slightly cooler with the offshore breeze. You can access Mismaloya to the South and Vallarta to the North, this is a truly special spot!

Beautiful Villa, dissappointing follow-up

9 of us stayed in the Villa for 3 nights. Our families all had a wonderful time. The villa was amazing and just as pictured. Even though the walk up from the beach was difficult, the view was spectacular, the beach was great. We felt completely relaxed and peaceful. The property was very clean, pool was great for the kids, the flowers were great. What a great way to start our vacation. A great villa if you want to be away from the crowds and traffic of the hotel and downtown areas of PV.

Follow-up to get our damage deposit back has been more than unacceptable. I have called 2 times and sent emails 4 times and I get no response. We left the place in wonderful condition, paid our fees very promptly but have yet to get our deposit back even though it has been 2 months since we left there. If just this one little thing had gone well, I would rate it as good to excellent.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: This was a misunderstanding and the deposit has been returned with no issue. The change in property manager and that I travel confused the issue.

Great vacation spot for us and 2 other couples

We had a delightful, week long stay at this property. By "we" I mean my wife and I and 2 couples that we've done a week retreat with for the past several years.

The villa was immaculate and welcoming. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well outfitted for us to prepare great food and eat on the patio in the balmy evenings. The whole villa is beautifully furnished and decorated and was a delight.I particularly love the tropical plants in and surrounding the villa and the rain forest of the area. The birds are fabulous and exotic.

I brought my laptop and was pleased to have wireless high speed internet and a VOIP phone with a 415 area code to make home calls from.

It was easy to take a cab for transportation, and several times we took the local bus to town or to the water taxi out to Yelapa. (The bus is cheap and full of local flavor and great fun.)

I'd love to return. It was a very pleasant tropical haven with all that I want and need for myself and to entertain good, old friends in style.

AMAZING VILLA!!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained and spacious.The housekeeper and gardener were very helpful. The description is very accurate and the owner provide us with an excellent service.Location is great but it's better if you have a car. Wonderful sights, quite, extremely comfortable and safe. For sure I would recommend this property to a friend. We had the most amazing holidays at Ventanas al Mar!!.

Peace / Quiet / Relax

About half-way between PV and Mismaloya South of town. 4BR place. Three bedrooms upstairs. BR1 has King Bed / BR2 has one twin, one double / BR3 has two twins. Downstairs BR is an office space with a double pull-out. Sleeps six very comfortable. Each BR has it's own Bathroom. Lot's of space. Great view looking West and North down on Banderas Bay and PV. Very private and secure - we never locked the front door. Jungle setting. Five minute walk to Playas Gemelas Beach - one of the nicest clear water beaches in PV. 15 minute Cab or Bus ride to town. Cab is about $7, Bus is .60 cents. $40 cab ride from airport. Small store and restaurant down the hill in the Condominiums. Cable TV. CD player.

This place was just AWESOME. If you want quiet, privacy, a home to yourself in a tropical setting -- then this is it.

Owner's Response: This property is just a perfect spot to be able to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Close enough yet you are in a beautiful peaceful location. The house is built to accommodate everyones needs, plenty of space to read, relax, swim, work if necessary! It has 4 bedrooms not 3..

Wonderful villa

The villa was beautiful and in a great community -- the pictures don't do justice. Well-stocked and the owner was responsive to my questions and queries. It is quiet but still reasonably close to all the action, though one does need a car. I would recommend this place to friends.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: This villa is fantastic. One could be on the Italian Riviera, but closer! I loved the privacy and the infinity pool. Just 8 minutes outside PV, you need to take a taxi, but at $4 bucks a shot, it is well worth the elegance in a private gated community, although there is a bus that stops right outside the gate (cheap and fast). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No, the pictures do not do it justice and it is really 4 bedrooms, as the "study" has a fold out couch and closet.
