CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, COTTAGE ON A LAKE AND SNOWMOBILE TRAIL

The cottage has recently been renovated, with new flooring and paint inside, with new siding, windows and a deck outside. The cottage is on Heart Lake, one of Michigan's deepest lakes, it's an all sports lake that's well stocked with fish, ideal for swimming and water skiing. There is a 7:30 pm no wake curfew, making the evenings quiet and perfect for fishing or a slow cruise around this quite little lake. In the winter Gaylord is known for down hill and X country skiing and snowmobiling. In front of the cottage is one of the major Michigan snowmobile trails that's groomed (never enough) 3 to 4 times a day. Inside there's a washer and dryer, dishwasher and everything you'd expect. Upstairs sleeps 4 and the master bedroom sleeps 2. The small town of Waters is 1 mile south, you'll find the Keg Bar and the Hill Top Restaurant both are nice. Gaylord, with Kohl's Walmart and Starbucks is 5 miles north.You won't be disappointed
