This home is professionally managed for your comfort and convenience! Amenity access included in rate!! The living room offers a gas log fireplace and direct deck access. Additional amenities include three master suites, gourmet eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, wireless internet access, hardwood floors, and a whirlpool tub. The loft includes a den perfect for enjoying television or board games and has a pull-out sofa! The house offers 3 master suites each with a walk-in closet. The elegantly appointed Master bedroom (K) with private bath including whirlpool tub, direct deck access, and TV/DVD is on the first floor. Two additional master suites are located on the second floor. The first has two Queen beds. The second has a Queen bed and two Twin beds.

Perfect for multi-family vacations!

This beautiful, accomodating home was the perfect place for our two-family vacation. Centrally located between the beach and shopping area, we were just a bike ride away from the pool, beach, equestrian center, grocery store, ice cream parlor, stores and more. The home itself is bright and spacious with a large kitchen and great room for gathering everyone together, as well as plenty of smaller spaces (bedroom suites, loft, dining room, deck) for breaking into smaller groups. This allowed the kids to play or watch movies while adults were able to relax over a glass of wine. Found some wonderful restaurants nearby and also enjoyed driving into Charleston as well. Plan to come back!

Great Family House

Our family has rented this house for a week for the past two summers and we just made our reservation for a week this summer (09). My wife and I bring our two adult daughters, and their families. The three bedrooms are roomy with big walk-in closets and full baths. The two upstairs walk-in closets have windows with seats and the kids use them as playrooms. The kids also enjoy the upstairs loft where they have their own TV. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. There is wireless internet access which we use with our laptops. An assortment of bikes can be used to cruise the island. This house is bigger than most four bedroom houses we considered and a great value. The owners are very pleasant and efficient in their communications. Seabrook Island is private with beautiful and uncrowded beaches. Shopping and a grocery store are just outside the Seabrook gate. There is a beach club with two pools and a kiddy pool. Charleston is about 25 minutes away. Our family, including the grandkids, highly recommend this house and Seabrook Island. We have a great time on every visit.

What a Vacation!!!!!

This house was amazing!! Hardwood floors throughout, amazing loft, and the master suite was beautiful!! Anne was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The island is quiet and relaxing and downtown Charleston is only about a 25 minute drive. My fiance and I would move here in a heartbeat if we could. We have stayed on Seabrook Island two years in the past 3 and we absolutely love it. You can't go wrong renting this amazing house. It exceeded all of our expectations. Thanks again Anne:)

A wonderful house

We stayed in this house for a week over Memorial Day, 2008, and couldn't have been happier. There were three couples and several children altogether, and the house provided plenty of room for each family to have their own space or be together. There is a large eat-in kitchen, beautiful living room and dining room, a roomy entrance hallway, and a spacious 2nd floor loft with comfortable furniture and a television. We were pleasantly surprised to see how tastefully the house is decorated. And each bedroom has it's own full bath, so it was perfect for our group. The house is centrally located on the Island, so we felt that it was easy to get to the beach, swim club, or into the wonderful shopping area. We will definitely go back to this property.
