Paradise Condominium is brand new and located on it's own sandy beach just minutes south of downtown. With it's quiet location and magnificent ocean views, you can spend your days relaxing in your hammock as cruise ships pass by, or lounging by your private pool on the beach. You can also spend time in the water snorkeling along the beach or diving the nearby reefs to see why Cozumel is rated as one of the top 5 dive spots in the world. The choice is yours. The condo is situated between Chankanaab Park and Playa Uvas Beach Club. Chankanaab Park is an ecological refuge which has a botanical garden, restaurants, dolphin play area, snorkeling and more. Playa Uvas offers food, water toy rentals, snorkeling and diving trips, kayak rentals and more as well. And with the condo's proximity to downtown, you are also close to practically endless shopping and an abundance of excellent restaurants. Finally, the condo is only 10 minutes away from the airport, and even closer to the ferry pier.

Nearby Activities: There are countless opportunities for adventure, a great meal, or a relaxing time just minutes from the condominium. Chankanaab park is just steps away, and Playa Uvas Beach Club is right next door. Both offer several water activities and choices of food. Chankanaab park even has a 'swim with the dolphins' adventure within their enclosed lagoon. Within walking distance (less than a mile) are several other restaurants and bars. Within minutes by taxi or car you can visit a number of beach clubs, shop downtown or even visit the east side of the island.

Restaurants: Once you get to the condo, you will find a book in which we have compiled a list of all of our favorite restaurants. You will find everything from Italian, to Chinese, with some great seafood in between. Anything you desire, Cozumel offers, and most with an awesome view!

Great stay. Be careful of scams at the airport.

We loved our stay in Cozumel, and the bechfront snorkelling was excellent. The concierge was very helpful. Shopping in the local supermarket was easy. You will need a car to really enjoy your stay. Be sure to go to the beaches on the Atlantic side of the island--beautiful and quiet. Beware of airport car rental scams. It's a time share sales pitch that is working with Avis and Hertz. It's total garbage. They ask you if you rented a car when you get off the plane, then misdirect you promising low car rates and passes to attractions. I fell for it, then looked at the fine print. I returned the car ASAP but spent $90 to get out of the contract. Get your car from Budget and trust no one at the airport. By the way, a similar scam gets run at the ferry port, but by then I was wise to it.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

We stayed at Paradise Condo's with a group of 10 people the first week of May 2008. We took over 2 condo's, one on top of the other. Both condo's were clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we could need (including booze from the party before us)! The property is small with only about a dozen rentals, with a clean private pool in the central area. The cleaning staff and grounds people were incredibly nice and stopped to talk wanting to get to know us.

Located right on a sandy beach with GREAT snorkeling right out our back door. We snorkeled all along the west side of the island and all agreed that the best snorkeling was from The Money Bar to Chankanaab (the condo is directly in between these two places).

A small beach club, Playa Uvas is right next door. Their taco's were the best that we had this trip to Cozumel. They offer many water activities, a very friendly staff, and buckets of beer!

During your stay in Cozumel we recommend renting a car at least for a few days to drive around the island. The beaches on the east side are completely different, with large waves & powder sand beaches. It is just nice to lay on the beach and listen to the waves crashing.

Make sure you visit Alberto's Beach Bar for dinner, don't miss the sunset from this location. The owner is a great guy who truly loves what he does. They have their own fishing boats so the food is the freshest & best seafood you'll get on the island. www.albertosbeachbar.com

I would not only recommend this property to a friend coming to Cozumel for a visit, I would ask if I could come along!
