This ocean-view condominium borders the Key West Nature Preserve, the tranquil side of the condominium property, and enjoys a 38-foot private terrace accessible from both bedrooms and living room area. The property’s beautiful tropical garden and sparkling Olympic-size pool are but a few steps to the ocean. On the quiet side of the island, it is adjacent to Smathers Beach, where many water activities (windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, parasailing) are available. It is only a couple of minutes away from the charm of historic Old Town, the renowned nightlife of Duval Street, fine dining, shopping, deep-sea fishing, and diving in America’s only living barrier reef.
