Stunning ocean and volcano views distinguish this corner unit in the seaside village of Maalaea. The central location of Maalaea makes it the perfect spot to spend a vacation on Maui. Both living room and bedroom face the water w/ 25' of view. 107 Milowai is 25% larger than the typical one bedroom due to its unique floor plan. The condo has an elevated first floor location that is six feet above ground level from the living room and 10 feet above ground level from the bedroom windows - providing very close proximity to the ocean (literally 40 feet) with considerable privacy and panoramic ocean views. The spectacular marine vista from both living room and bedroom is complimented by the cool, tropical colors of the condo. Breakfast on the lanai is a special treat as you watch the bay come alive with surfers, sail boats, snorkelers and the occasional whale. Maalaea Village is on the leeward coast of Maui, centrally located. It is 15 min. from the airport and 25 min. from Lahaina. Maalaea Harbor is the embarking point for many marine excursions including, sports fishing, scuba and snorkeling, dinner cruises and whale watching. Maalaea is also host to a state of the art aquarium, the Maui Ocean Center. There are several restaurants in town ranging from affordable and casual to fine dining. Watch surfers ride the world's fastest right break, the 'Freight Train' from your lanai. There are 7 golf courses within 15 min. of the condo. Seven mile Sugar Beach starts in Maalaea and is adjacent to a National Wildlife Sanctuary featuring rare birds and sea turtles. The historic and off-the-beaten-path township of Wailuku is 15 min. away. Many of our guests mention the convenient location of our condo to many of Maui's popular destinations, including Haleakala volcano, the road to Hana, and the resorts of Wailea and Kapalua.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our monthly rate is for 4 weeks or 28 days; there is no pre-set rate for 30 or 31 days. Thank you.
  • $200 deposit or 20% of the total depending on which is greater. The balance is due one month prior to check-in. If cancellation is within 8 weeks of booking, then there is a full refund less a $25.00 handling fee. If notice of cancellation is in less than the time required before your booking, then a refund of your deposit is dependent upon re-rental of the unit for the cancelled nights. The $25.00 handling fee will be credited toward any future bookings with this condo.

  • The bedroom is fairly large for a Maui bedroom -- approximately 175 sq. ft. The gentle sounds of the ocean lull you into the most peaceful slumber each night. There is a wall of closet space on one side, and several dressers and a television set with DVD. The bed faces out toward the windows. There are shutters to the living room that you can leave open all day to enjoy the panoramic view. At night, if you have guests sleeping on the fold-out couch, you can close the shutters very easily. It's very quiet between the living room and bedroom with the shutters closed. You can have someone watching TV in the living room while someone is asleep in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan directly over the bed as well as over the couch in the living room. The washer and dryer is located between the bedroom and bathroom for easy access. This a very roomy and comfortable one bedroom.

Notes: 107 Milowai is in a quiet place. Children are welcome, but we ask that everyone respect the general quiet of this condo complex. Most folks go to our place to get away from it all and have some quiet. Our condo is very comfortable to spend time in. It has all the amenities of a home away from home, and it is maintained in excellent condition. Should anything be broken or unclean, please contact our management company, Bello Realty, Inc. to get the item replaced, repaired or cleaned. We have HD TV with a DVR recorder so that you can record high defintion movies and TV programs for watching later without commercials.

Well, our two weeks here will soon be coming to a close and I must tell you how absolutely perfect your beautiful condo was for us.

I had wanted a quiet place to stay with a view and after looking at what seemed like a thousand condos for rent I was fortunate enough to find yours.

The amazing view, the sound of the surf to lull us to sleep every night......I simply cannot say enough!! Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!

The condo was very well-equipped and clean and the immaculate grounds were an absolute delight. Being centrally located , we were easily able to enjoy the whole island on day trips. My helicopter tour of the island was awe-inspiring as were Haleakala and Hana.

I hope to return next year and have already recommended your condo to friends.

Our condo is close to everything and yet is a very peaceful place to relax and enjoy the view. We recently replaced the vanity in the bathroom, and added a bar table with bar chairs so that people have an elevated view from the kitchen counter and the new table. great vacation-everything as described-brand new side by side refrigerator with water purifier-full size washer and dryer-wireless dsl internet,layout of condo was perfect-highly recommended--mahalo frank and brian

We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. Ten days was not enough. We will be back!
It was very convenient to everything and such a peaceful place to call home.
Some evenings we cooked and it was so convenient to have the grills so close by.
Thank you again for a great vacation.
Owner's Response: Mahalo for the wonderful compliments. It does take me about a week to decompress from the pace of the mainland and get into the relaxing cadence of Maui living. Then, I want at least another week before leaving! I have been going to our condo (as first a guest and then an owner) for over 21 years, and I often think that I'll get bored, because I've been there so many times. But that view is just as enchanting as it was the first time I saw it in 1988 as a rentor myself. There's something about the open ocean only 40 feet away with a striking volcano in the background. In the winter the sun rises over the volcano, which is just spectacular on those winter mornings from late October to early March. I love seeing the lights of Wailea and Kula at night on the volcano. Condo in Maalaea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's a clean, beautiful, quiet, peaceful location and well equipped. The website is very accurate in describing this condo. (The new appliances recently installed are wonderful.) This condo a real gem; the owners are terrific and easy to communicate with. When we visit Maui again, we shall certainly check if this place is available and we would, without hesitation recommend this condo to others. Maalaea is centrally located on Maui and traveling to any of the attractions/activities is not an arduous task.

Dear Frank:

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with those of us who visit the Island of Maui. It is centrally located to the airport, Lahaina and Kihei. The pictures you have on the web page do not do your home justice. The view is spectacular and the activity from Ma'alaea Bay was enjoyable to watch.

One of the highlights was having coffee on the lanai each morning watching the turtles eat breakfast. They showed up around 5:45 am and feed until around 7:00 am.

Your condo had everything we needed for cooking and even appreciated having the extra fans in the bedroom closet.

We will recommend your home to our family and friends.

Phil and I had a wonderful time!
