The house is on Rotonda West circle and is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Charlotte County in the south Gulf Coast of Florida. The Cape Haze Peninsula is approximately 1.5 hours south of Tampa, between the cities of Sarasota (45 minutes) and Punta Gorda. Orlando is approximately 2.5 hours away and guests may choose to take a day trip, or two to Disneyland before returning home to the tranquillity of this beautiful house. Rotonda incorporates all the very best of Florida in one outstanding location – natural surroundings, mile after mile of naturally breathtaking beaches and unbelievably stunning sunsets. We travelled to the Florida House after a hectic two weeks in Orlando and it was perfect for relaxing. The villa was very well appointed and brand new so everything was spotless. Couldn't ask for anything more...

Would certainly recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful location.
