Spacious, sunny, open, 3000 square feet (280 sq. meters) Arts and Crafts style beach home with charming decor, hardwood floors, and a well equipped kitchen for your family to enjoy! Relax on the back deck in a quiet wooded area or step from the deck to a new outdoor shower. Parents appreciate the large front yard with ample room for outdoor play. In addition, our property is a five minute walk to a freshwater pond where the kids can fish and a five minute bike ride to the Mill Pond to swim in warm saltwater or to take a nice walk. You are encouraged to bring your boat as there are several public town landings minutes away, including the Mill Pond access, for you to motor/sail/paddle out to Nauset Inlet. Wireless Internet Access and HDTV. We welcome all inquiries and look forward to working with you.
